The joint entrance gives access to the studio, which is located on the 1st floor. This consists of a living/bedroom with an open kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer and an extractor hood. The room also has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You can jointly use the washing machine and dryer. At the house it is possible to park the car with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The Belcrum is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Breda, and it is still developing. A creative neighborhood with many smaller and larger entrepreneurs. Several supermarkets are located around the corner. There are various hip catering establishments located at the harbor. Breda's central station is within walking distance, at the end of the attractive Speelhuislaan. Via the Northern ring road you can reach both the A16 and the A27 within a few minutes by car. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car.
The rental price is €650.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal and municipal taxes.
