You can reach the apartment via the staircase, which is located on the second floor in a beautiful characteristic building in the center of Breda.
The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room. The large open kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge/freezer, and extractor hood. There is also a Velux window here, which is very nice as it allows plenty of daylight into the kitchen. Additionally, there is an atmospheric mezzanine that serves as a sleeping area. The bathroom has a sink, walk-in shower, and toilet. At the back of the bathroom, a small storage space has been created.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the shared laundry room on the second floor of the building. It is possible to park the car with a parking permit at the residence. We recommend contacting the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The residence is located just outside the center, 50 meters walking distance from Valkenberg Park, the city center with its cozy shops and terraces, and a short distance from the central station.
The rent is €975.00 including gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, and municipal taxes. For the second person, an additional €50.00 is charged.
The deposit amounts to 1x the monthly rent. In consultation, it may be requested to pay a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
