The room is located at the quiet rear side on the third floor of the building. The room has its own sink, the kitchen, shower, and separate toilet are located on the first floor. You share these with 2 other residents. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, extractor hood, and refrigerator. From the kitchen, you can also access the balcony where you can enjoy the sunshine. On the ground floor, there are a washing machine and dryer, and there is also a shared storage room where you can park your bike. There is also another balcony accessible via the first floor.
The house is located between the Center and Breda Ginneken. Avans University of Applied Sciences and NHTV are easily reachable by bike. There is also free parking available at the property.
The rent is € 500,00,- including gas, water, electricity, internet signal, and municipal taxes.
The deposit is € 750,00. In consultation, a higher deposit may be requested in uncertain situations.
If you are interested in the property, register on the StadHuis Breda website (if you have not done so yet) and then sign up by phone via 076-5729074 for the viewing. Registration is possible from Monday to Thursday between 9:30 AM – 1 PM. We will view the property in time slots of 10 minutes.
For the proper handover of the room, you will pay an amount of €375,00 excl. 9% VAT. The property will be delivered as follows:

- White painted ceilings
- Cleaning before handover

- Suitable for 1 person who works/studies and meets the income requirement of 3x the monthly rent net OR a working/studying tenant with parental/family guarantee who earns 5x the monthly rent net
