Room available in a student house!
You enter the entrance with a toilet, meter cupboard and a staircase to the first floor. The room is practically in an L-shape and located on the first floor. On the first floor is the spacious and modern kitchen (approx. 4.35 x 3.05m), the kitchen is equipped with a large island with large worktop, hob with extractor hood and dishwasher. The bathroom, on the second floor has a shower in bath, sink and an extra toilet. You share the common areas with 5 other male residents.
The backyard is over 10 meters deep and has a back entrance.
The Doornbos-Linie district is located a short distance from the center and central station of Breda. For daily shopping you can go to the Baliëndijk. Here you will find a supermarket and various takeaway options for food.
The Hoge Vucht shopping center is also a few minutes away by bike. Here you will find various shops for daily necessities and three supermarkets. There is also ample free parking available here.
Via the Northern Ring Road you can drive to both the A16 and the A27 within a few minutes. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car. Free parking is available at the house.
The rental price is € 475.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal and municipal taxes. The deposit is €500.00. In consultation, it may be possible to ask for a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
