This nice studio is located in the student complex called Brinker, where you can stay for your entire student period.
Each studio is equipped with a kitchenette including a sink, hob, extractor hood, and fridge/freezer. Additionally, each studio has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is a laundry room in the complex with various washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a fee. There is also a lift available.
The complex is accessed via two spacious entrances with doorbells and mailboxes.
There is a manager present who ensures safety in and around the complex. Additionally, there is camera surveillance on the premises.
The student complex is located 5 minutes walking distance from the main location of BUAS and 5 minutes cycling distance from Avans University of Applied Sciences and the central station.
Breda is a wonderful city with a variety of terraces, cafés, and restaurants. Even forests, for sports, and water are abundant in Breda.
In the Valkenberg park, you can enjoy live music during the summer months.
For daily groceries, you can walk to the various supermarkets on Brabantplein.

The rent includes advances for heating costs, water, electricity, internet, and service charges. Rent allowance can be requested for all studios in this project, subject to the legal conditions found at www.toeslagen.nl
Are you 21 years old? Then you are eligible for rent allowance for this large studio if you meet the legal requirements.
If the studio is delivered ready to move in, you pay an amount of €995 excluding 9% VAT.
The studio will be delivered as follows:

White painted and smoothly plastered walls
Ceilings finished with spackle and painted white
Cleaning before delivery

Please take into account the following rental conditions:

Enrollment at an educational institution is mandatory
Full-time study (If you are following a part-time study, you are not eligible)
The deposit is €1000.00
The landlord is looking for a student with a guarantee from parents/family earning 5x the monthly rent
OR a student who meets the income requirement themselves, for which you must earn 3x the net monthly rent from fixed hours. Study financing and any form of benefits do not count.
