Studio available in the Belcrum!
Through the shared entrance you have access to the studio which is located on the second floor, the studio consists of a living room/bedroom with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer and an extractor hood. The studio also has a bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is located in the hallway and is shared with 1 other person. You can use the shared washing machine and dryer.
It is possible to park your car at the house with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The studio is located in the Belcrum district, one of the most popular neighborhoods in Breda. A creative district with many smaller and larger entrepreneurs. Across the street from the house there are 2 supermarkets for daily shopping. The central station and the city center are within walking distance.
Via the Northern ring road you can reach both the A16 and the A27 by car within a few minutes.
Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car.
The rental price is €575.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal and municipal taxes.
The deposit is €750.00. In consultation, in uncertain situations you may be asked to pay a higher deposit.
Are you interested in the house? Then register on the StadHuis Breda website (if you have not already done so) and then register by telephone on 076-5729074 for the viewing on Monday, April 29 from 3:00 PM. You can register from Monday to Thursday between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
We will view the house in time blocks of 10 minutes. We ask you to come and view with a maximum of 2 people (including yourself).
You pay an amount of €525.00 excl. 9% VAT for the studio to be delivered in good condition. The house will be delivered as follows:
- White painted and sleek white walls
- White painted ceilings
- Cleaning before delivery
Take the following into account:
- Suitable for 1 person who works/studies and meets the income requirement of 3x the monthly rent net OR a working/studying tenant with guarantee from parents/family who earn 5x the monthly rent net
- No rental allowance possible
