Through the shared entrance, you have access to the studio located on the second floor. The studio consists of a living/sleeping room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer and a range hood. Furthermore, the studio has a bathroom with a shower and a sink. The toilet is located in the hallway and is shared with one other person. You can use the shared washing machine and dryer. It is possible to park your car near the property with a parking permit. We recommend contacting the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The studio is located in the Belcrum neighborhood, one of the most popular areas in Breda. A creative neighborhood with many small and larger entrepreneurs. Across the street from the property are 2 supermarkets for daily groceries. The central station and the city center are within walking distance. Via the Northern ring road, you can reach both the A16 and the A27 by car within a few minutes. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp, and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car.
The rent is €610.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal, and municipal taxes.
The deposit amounts to €750.00. In consultation, it may be requested to pay a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
