Double room with roof terrace!
The room is located on the first floor at the rear of the building, it consists of a living room/bedroom. You enter the living room. Through patio doors you reach the bedroom, here a double bed fits. The room has its own sink and fridge/freezer. From the bedroom you reach the shared roof terrace.
The kitchen, shower and toilet are shared with 1 other person. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob and an extractor hood. You also have a shared bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate. You can also use the shared washing machine and dryer.
At the house it is possible to park the car with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The living space is located in the Belcrum district, and is within walking distance of the central station and the city center. There are 2 supermarkets across the street from the house. Breda central station is within walking distance, at the end of the attractive Speelhuislaan. Via the Northern Ring Road you can drive to both the A16 and the A27 within a few minutes. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car.
The rental price is € 660,00,- including gas, water, electricity, internet and municipal taxes. The deposit is €750. In consultation, it may be possible to ask for a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
