Cozy studio with separate bedroom!
The studio can be reached via the shared entrance, which is located on the second floor at the rear of the building. You enter the living room with kitchen, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer and extractor hood. The studio also has its own bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. You can use the washing machine and dryer together with the other residents. There is free parking at the house and you can store your bicycle behind the house in the shared bicycle shed.
The Doornbos-Linie district is located a short distance from the center and central station of Breda. For your daily shopping you can go to the Baliendijk, nice and close! Here you will find a supermarket and various takeaway options for food. The Hoge Vucht shopping center is also reachable within a few minutes by bike. Here there are several shops for daily necessities and three supermarkets.
Via the Northern ring road you can reach both the A16 and the A27 by car within a few minutes. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car.
The rental price is €700.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal and municipal taxes.
The deposit is €750.00. In consultation, in uncertain situations you may be asked to pay a higher deposit.

We will view the house in time blocks of 10 minutes. We ask you to come and view with a maximum of 2 people (including yourself).
