Semi-studio in the center of Breda!
You enter through the shared entrance where the staircase and mailboxes are located. The building has 4 floors and this studio is located on the ground floor. The studio is situated at the back of the building and has an area of approximately 18m2. The studio consists of a living/sleeping room and has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The studio also has its own refrigerator/freezer. There are two communal kitchens available for use. These are equipped with a stove, extractor hood, combi microwave, washing machine, and dryer.
There is also the possibility to store bicycles in the adjoining courtyard.
It is possible to park a car near the residence with a parking permit. We recommend contacting the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The studios are “OmSingelt” by the coziness of the Burgundian center with a sea of terraces and cozy squares, beautiful shopping streets, and the newly built station. Within walking distance is the park "Het Valkenberg." Breda is rich in canals and has a rich history that you can find all around this location.
The rent is € 580.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal, and municipal taxes.
The deposit is € 750.00. In consultation, it may be requested to pay a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
