The room is located in a characteristic building on the Singels on the first floor, the room has an area of approximately 8m². The room has its own fridge/freezer combination and sink, and there is also a sleeping loft where you can sleep. You will share the use of the kitchen, bathrooms, and separate toilets, this also applies to the washing machines and dryers. The shared kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and extractor hood.
The house is located on the Singel in Breda Centre with a view of the great church and the KMA. The city center and the central station are within walking distance. Various supermarkets are located just around the corner. It is possible to park the car with a parking permit at the house. We recommend contacting the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The rent is €370.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal, and municipal taxes.
The deposit amounts to €500.00. In consultation, it may be required to pay a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
Are you interested in the studio? Then register on the StadHuis Breda website (if you haven't done so already) and then register by phone at 076-5729074 for the viewing on Tuesday, July 14 from 2:00 PM. Registration is possible from Monday to Thursday between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM. We will view the house in time slots of 10 minutes.
For the proper delivery of the room, you pay an amount of €285.00 excl. 9% VAT. The room will be delivered as follows:
- White painted and smooth white walls
- White painted ceilings
- Cleaning before delivery
Keep the following in mind:
- The landlord is looking for a student tenant who earns a net 3 times the monthly rent OR with parental/family guarantee who earn a net 5 times the monthly rent
