Semi-studio in the center of Breda!
You enter through the joint entrance where the stairwell and the letter trays are located. The building has 4 floors and this studio is located on the top floor. The studio is located at the rear of the building and has an area of approximately 23 m2. The studio consists of a living/bedroom and has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The studio also has its own refrigerator/freezer. There are two shared kitchens that you can use. These are equipped with a hob, extractor hood, combi microwave, washing machine and dryer.
There is also the possibility to park the bicycles in the accompanying courtyard.
At the house it is possible to park the car with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The studios are “OmSingelt” because of the coziness of the Burgundian center with a sea of terraces and pleasant squares, beautiful shopping streets and the newly built station. The park "Het Valkenberg" can be reached within walking distance. Breda is rich in canals and has a rich history that you can find on all sides of this place.
The rental price is €640,- including gas, water, electricity, internet and municipal taxes.
The deposit is €750,-. In consultation, it may be that in uncertain situations you will be asked to pay a higher deposit.

We will view the property in 10 minute time blocks. We ask you to come and view with a maximum of 2 people (including yourself). Friends / family can view via video (calling).
For the proper delivery of the studio you pay an amount of € 525,- excluding 9% VAT.
