You enter through the shared entrance where the staircase and the letter trays are located. The building has 4 floors and this studio is located on the first floor. The studio is located at the front and has a surface of approximately 25 m². The studio consists of a living/bedroom and has its own bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The studio also has its own fridge/freezer.
There are two shared kitchens that you can use. These are equipped with a hob, extractor hood, combination microwave, washing machine and dryer. There is also the possibility to park a bicycle at the back of the building.
The studio is located on the canals of Breda and a 5-minute walk from both the center of Breda and the Central Station. Several supermarkets are located around the corner. It is possible to park your car at the house with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The rental price is €665.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal and municipal taxes. The deposit is €750.00. In consultation, it may be requested to pay a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
