Spacious student room near the center
The attic room has an area of approximately 16 m² located on the second floor of a characteristic building on the Singel. The room has its own fridge/freezer combination and a sink. You can use the kitchen, the showers and the separate toilets together with the other residents. This also applies to the washing machine and dryer. The shared kitchen has a hob and extractor hood.
The room is located on the canal in Breda Center. As soon as you step out of the house you look out over the Valkenberg park and the KMA. The city center and Central Station can be reached within a 5-minute walk. At the house it is possible to park the car with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The rent is € 555.00 including gas, water, electricity, TV, internet and local taxes.
The deposit is € 750.00. In consultation, it may be that in uncertain situations, you will be asked to pay a higher deposit.

We will view the house in time blocks of 10 minutes. We ask you to come and view with a maximum of 1 person. Friends / family can view via video (calling).
For the neat delivery of the room you pay an amount of €.495,00. excl. 9% VAT directly to the landlord.
