You enter through the shared entrance into the hall from where you have access to the kitchen, showers, toilet and the room. The student room is located on the ground floor and has a surface of 19m². The room has a laminate floor and you have your own fridge/freezer and a sink.
You can use the kitchen, the showers and the separate toilets together with the other residents. This also applies to the washing machine and dryer. The shared kitchen has a hob, extractor hood and combination microwave.
It is possible to park your car at the house with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The room is ideally located on the canals of Breda. Within walking distance of the Burgundian center with a sea of ​​terraces and cozy squares, beautiful shopping streets and the newly built station. The park "Het Valkenberg" can be reached within walking distance. Breda is rich in canals and has a rich history that you can find on all sides of this place.
