Semi-studio with a view of the canal in the center of Breda
You enter through the shared entrance where the staircase and mailboxes are located. The building has 4 floors and this studio is situated on the top floor.
The studio is located at the front of the building and has an area of approximately 20 m2. The studio consists of a living/sleeping room and has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The studio also has its own fridge/freezer.
There are two shared kitchens available for use. These are equipped with a stove, extractor hood, combination microwave, washing machine, and dryer.
There is also the possibility to park bicycles in the associated courtyard. Parking for a car is possible with a parking permit. We recommend contacting the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The studios are "Around the Canal" due to the coziness of the Burgundian center with a sea of terraces and lively squares, beautiful shopping streets, and the newly built station. The park "Het Valkenberg" is within walking distance.
Breda is rich in canals and has a rich history that you can see all around in this location.
The rent is €725.00, including gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, and municipal taxes.
The deposit is €1000.00. In some cases, a higher deposit may be requested after consultation.
