You enter through the shared entrance where the staircase and mailboxes are located. The building has 4 floors and this studio is located on the second floor.
The studio is at the rear of the building and has an area of approx. 23m². The studio consists of a living/sleeping room and has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The studio also has its own fridge/freezer.
There are two shared kitchens available for use. These are equipped with a hob, extractor hood, combination microwave, washing machine, and dryer.
It is also possible to park bicycles in the associated courtyard.
Parking a car is possible with a parking permit. We recommend contacting the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The studios are “OmSingelt” due to the coziness of the Burgundian center with various terraces and lively squares, beautiful shopping streets, and within walking distance to the central station. Also within walking distance is the park "Het Valkenberg".
Breda is rich in canals and has a rich history that you can find all around in this location.
The rent is € 655.00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal, and municipal taxes.
The deposit amounts to €750.00. In consultation, it may be that a higher deposit is requested in uncertain situations.
