We guide you step by step – before, during, and after renting:
Step 1: Finding the property
We drink a cup of coffee and listen to your story and living preferences.
Perhaps you’ve registered on this site. If not, you can also do this in our office.
You can actively search in our website for the newest properties.
As soon as a new home enters our database, you immediately hear about it via e-mail.
Step 2: Viewing the property
We plan and organize viewings.
We go to view the propertie(s) that you would like to see.
Step 3: Renting the property
If you are interested in renting the visit property we will introduce you with the landlord.
When the landlord agrees with you based on your documents we will start the further procedure.
We agree on lease terms (rental price, commencing date, and duration of contract).
You will receive a link for digital viewing and signing the leasecontract via email. When you as a tenant have signed the agreement, the landlord will also sign digitally and you will automatically receive the signed version in your email.
Step 4: Moving into the property
We inform you who will hand over the key to you. Normally the landlord or the manager will do the check-in at the property and you receive the keys.
