Important to keep in mind:

The studio is suitable for one person
The landlord is looking for a working or studying tenant who has a net income of at least three times the monthly rent.
If you do not have sufficient own income, a guarantee from parents or family is possible. The guarantor must have a net income of at least five times the net monthly rent.
Housing allowance is not possible for this living space.
