The living space has an area of approximately 20 m² and features a bright living/sleeping room, a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. There are two kitchens in the building that you share with the other tenants. Both kitchens are equipped with a hob, extractor hood, combination microwave, washing machine, and dryer.

Cleaning upon delivery

Important to keep in mind:

The studio is suitable for one person
The landlord is looking for a working or studying tenant who has a net income of at least three times the monthly rent.
If you do not have sufficient own income, a guarantor from parents or family is possible. The guarantor must have a net income of at least five times the net monthly rent.
Housing allowance is not available for this accommodation.
