You enter through the shared entrance where the staircase and the mailboxes are located.
The studio is situated on the 4th floor and has an area of approximately 23 m2. The studio consists of a living/sleeping room and has its own bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet; the washbasin is located in the studio. The studio also has its own fridge/freezer. There are two shared kitchens available for use. These are equipped with a stovetop, extractor hood, combination microwave, washing machine, and dryer. There is also the possibility to park bicycles in the associated courtyard. Parking a car is possible with a parking permit at the property. We recommend contacting the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The studios are "OmSingelt" by the coziness of the Bourgondian center with a sea of terraces and cozy squares, beautiful shopping streets, and the newly built station. The park "Het Valkenberg" is within walking distance.
