From the central hall you reach the apartment through the spacious staircase, which is located on the first floor at the front.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a beautiful marble fireplace and an open kitchen. This is equipped with a refrigerator and extractor hood and hob.
There is also a separate bedroom which is located at the front of the building.
The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
You can jointly use the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
At the house it is possible to park the car with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Belcrum district. The district is very popular.
The city center can be reached within a ten-minute walk for a pleasant afternoon of shopping or a delicious drink on one of the terraces.
Several supermarkets are nearby (across the street) for daily shopping.
The rental price is €800,00 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal and municipal taxes. With 2 persons a surcharge of €75 will be charged.
The deposit is €1000. In consultation, it may be that in uncertain situations you will be asked to pay a higher deposit.

You can register from Monday to Thursday between 9.30 am and 1 pm. We will view the property in 10 minute time blocks.
For the proper delivery of the apartment you pay an amount of € 750.00 excluding 9% VAT. The house is therefore delivered as follows:
- White painted and sleek white walls
- White painted ceilings
- Cleaning before delivery

- The landlord is looking for working tenant(s) who earn(s) net 3x the monthly rent OR a couple of which one works and the other studies with a guarantee from parents/ family who earn net 5x the monthly rent
