Through the shared entrance you have access to the studio located on the first floor at the front of the house. You enter the studio in the living room with open kitchen, the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer and extractor hood. From the living room you have access to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Next to the living room is a separate sleeping area with enough space for a double bed. There is a shared washing machine and dryer in the house that you can use. It is possible to park the car at the house with a parking permit. We advise you to contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The Belcrum is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Breda, a creative neighborhood with many small and large entrepreneurs. Opposite the house are several supermarkets for daily shopping. The city center is within a 10-minute walk for a pleasant afternoon of shopping or a delicious drink on one of the terraces. Breda Central Station is within walking distance, at the end of the atmospheric Speelhuislaan. Via the Northern Ring Road you can drive onto both the A16 and the A27 within a few minutes. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car.
The rental price is € 700, - including gas, water, electricity, internet and municipal taxes. The deposit is € 750, -. In consultation, it may be necessary to ask for a higher deposit in uncertain situations.

Registration is possible from Monday to Thursday between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM. We will view the house in time slots of 10 minutes.
For the neat delivery of the studio you pay an amount of € 595.00, excl. 9% VAT. The house will be delivered as follows:

• Cleaning before delivery
