You enter the hall with entrance, meter cupboard and access to the stairwell to the first floor. The shared kitchen/diner (approx. 4.35 x 3.05m) is located onthis floor. This has a sink island with large worktop, hob with extractor hood and dishwasher.
The room is located on the second floor at the front of the house and has its own sink. Free parking is available at the house.
The Center, the high schools and the Central Station can all be reached within 10 minutes. A shopping strip where there is also a supermarket is a few minutes' walk away. The A16, A27 and A58 can be reached within a few minutes by car via the nearby arterial roads. The city center of Breda is within cycling distance.
The rental price is €425.00 including gas, water, electricity, TV, internet and municipal taxes.
The deposit is €500.00. In consultation, in uncertain situations you may be asked to pay a higher deposit.

You pay an amount of € 325.00 excl. 9% VAT directly to the landlord to ensure that the room is neatly delivered. The house will be delivered as follows:
- White painted and sleek white walls
- White painted ceilings
- Ceiling lighting in living area and bathroom
- Cleaning before delivery
Take the following into account:
- Suitable for 1 person who is studying and meets the income requirement of 3x the monthly rent net OR a student tenant with a guarantee from parents/family who earn 5x the monthly rent net
- No rental allowance possible
