This complex is the big winner of the BLAST2021 architecture prize!
This nice studio is located in the student complex called Brinker, where you can live for the entirety of your student period. Each studio is equipped with a kitchenette with a sink, hob, extractor hood and fridge/freezer. In addition, each studio has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. There is a laundry room in the complex with various washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a fee.
The complex is reached via two spacious entrances with doorbells and mailboxes. There is a manager present who ensures safety in and around the complex. There is also camera security on site.
The student complex is located a 5-minute walk from the main location of BUAS and a 5-minute bike ride from Avans University of Applied Sciences and the central station.
Breda is a wonderful city with a variety of terraces, cafes and restaurants. Even forests, for sports, and water are sufficiently available in Breda. In the Valkenberg Park you can enjoy live music in the summer months. For your daily shopping you can walk to the various supermarkets on Brabantplein.

The rental price includes advance heating costs, water, electricity, internet signal and service costs. Rental allowance can be applied for at all studios in this project, subject to the legal conditions that can be found at www.toeslagen.nl.
Calculate the allowance via www.toeslagen.nl. Then enter €432.40 as the basic rental price and €19.80 as service costs. Service costs will be charged, but not the service costs requested for the rental allowance.
Are you under 23 years old? Then only the medium studios are eligible for rental allowance given the basic rental price. These medium studios are in the majority on this project.
If the studio is delivered ready to move in, you pay an amount of € 995.00 excl. 9% VAT. The studio will be delivered as follows:
• White-painted and tightly plastered walls
• Spack-finished and white-painted ceilings
• Cleaning before delivery
Take the following rental conditions into account:
• Registration at an educational institution is mandatory
• The deposit is €1000.00
• The landlord is looking for a student with a guarantee from parents/family who earn 5x the monthly rent
OR a student who meets the income requirement , for which you must earn 3x the monthly rent net from fixed hours. Study financing and any form of benefits do not count.
