Here you will also find the washing machine and dryer that you can use. You can park your bicycle in the storage room that belongs to the house. Parking in the street is possible with a permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The house is located in Breda Oud-Boeimeer (Center) and is quietly situated in a small residential area and only a 5-minute walk from the heart of Breda! The various colleges such as Avans and NHTV are a maximum of 10 minutes by bike. An ideal location for someone who wants to be in the center but still in a quiet place.
The rent is € 510,00 including G/W/E, signal for internet and municipal taxes. The deposit is € 750.00. In consultation, it may be requested to pay a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
