You can use the communal garden with the other residents, which you can reach through a gate. There is also a shed where you have extra storage space. Free parking is available at the house. 

The Hoge Vugt district is located a short distance from the center and central station of Breda.
The large Moerwijk shopping center is less than 5 minutes' walk away, where you will find various shops for daily necessities and three supermarkets. There is also plenty of free parking available here. Via the Northern ring road you can reach both the A16 and the A27 within a few minutes by car. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car.

The rent is €575.00 including gas, water, electricity, TV, internet. Excluding municipal taxes. 
The deposit is 2x the monthly rent. In consultation, it may be that in uncertain situations, you will be asked to pay a higher deposit.

When you rent this house you pay € 99,- excl. VAT at our office for administration costs. (if applicable also guarantee costs)

- Suitable for 1 person who works and meets the income requirement of 3x the monthly rent net OR a working tenant with a guarantee from parents/family who earn 5x the monthly rent net 
- No housing allowance possible
