The room is located on the first floor and have a laminate floor. There is a sink in each room. Both rooms are app.12m². There is a shared kitchen and bathroom that you share with a total of 4 girls.
The kitchen has a gas hob, extractor and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower with sink. The toilet is separate.
There is a shared balcony at the rear. You can leave your bicycle in the storage room.

The rooms are located in Breda Heuvel / Princenhage. Near the house are 2 large supermarkets and some smaller shops for groceries.
The center is about 10 minutes by bike.

The price is € 400 including G / W / E and municipal taxes and internet.

When renting the room, you pay administration costs of € 250.00 + 21% VAT and any guarantee costs at our office.

Take the following into account:
-The landlord is looking for a student with a guarantee from parents / family who earn 5x the monthly rent
OR a student who meets the income requirement, for which you must earn 3x the monthly rent net from fixed hours. Study funding and any form of benefits do not count.
- No housing allowance possible
- Student contract, until August 1 and then an extension of 12 months
