Apartment in the nice Belcrum district!
You have access to the apartment via the shared entrance, which is located on the ground floor. You enter the living room with open kitchen, this kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood and connection for your own washing machine. Through the living room you have access to the garden and to the separate bedroom. Through the bedroom you have access to the bathroom, the bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The garden is shared with 1 other person, the garden can be reached via the living room and bedroom. You can also use the washing machine and dryer together.
The Belcrum is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Breda, and is still developing rapidly. A creative district with many smaller and larger entrepreneurs. Several supermarkets are located around the corner. There are several trendy catering establishments located near the port.
Breda central station is within walking distance, at the end of the attractive Speelhuislaan. Via the Northern ring road you can reach both the A16 and the A27 by car within a few minutes. Rotterdam, Utrecht, Antwerp and Tilburg are therefore also easily accessible by car. It is possible to park your car at the house with a parking permit. We recommend that you contact the Municipality of Breda for more information about availability.
The rental price is €1025 including gas, water, electricity, internet signal and municipal taxes. There is a surcharge of €75.00 for a second person. The deposit is 1x the monthly rent. In consultation, in uncertain situations you may be asked to pay a higher deposit.
Are you interested in the house? Then register on the StadHuis Breda website (if you have not already done so) and then register by telephone on 076-5729074 for the viewing on Monday October 2 from 11.30 AM. You can register from Monday to Thursday between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
We will view the house in time blocks of 10 minutes. We ask you to come and view with a maximum of 2 people (including yourself). Friends/family can view via video (calling).
For the neat delivery of the apartment you pay an amount of €850.00 excl. 9% VAT.

- The landlord is looking for working tenant(s) who net 3x the monthly rent earned OR a couple where one person works and the other studies with a guarantee from parents/family who earn net 5x the monthly rent -
